allright...here what i think:
from all parts here the fat is really bad. first because of the head. its to big for the rest of the body. the hair is also tottaly a non candy eyes. the design of it is just...random unenjoyable. but its not horrible.its just not perfect. the eyes is one of the major problems. ( i think) the right eye is to big . the fact that it so big to gets behinde the hair is not really enjoyable and cute to look at. the left is eye is the real problem. its way to above (up) i mean if the eye is closed it should be more below and not that high. the nose is also a little bit to up. i think it should be a little bit more down and closer to the mouth. well atleast the mouth is good. but the face itself its so ..i dont know how to say it...its too (skinny & tall?) stupid description but i hope you know what i mean.
well about the body..the anatomy is not bad and acceptable. but the shoulder are a little bit to up. i mean female shoulders are like a triangle. and not a squear. the shirt is actuarly not bad. looks realistic on desing.but its shading is bad. if there were more shadow on it. would be nice.
i think the cleaveage is ok.i dont find a problem there...
the skirt is annoying. i mean WTF? why is it so much up there. only to show the panties? (well i personaly hate panties shots. i think thats the worest shit that animes have ever done!) but i think im the only one thinks like that. however if you want to do a panties shot . you should atleast try to do an prespective from below. to look realistic. but like that...thats just silly. nobody wears a skirt like that not even prostitues ( i think :S).
the legs are kinda too fat. or atleast to big combined to the rest of the body. but its coloring is not bad the same goes for the long socks.
so overall. i think you should care a little bit more about desing of the character and give it more shading. and try to put alot of efforts to the eyes. i know that the eyes are one of the most important parts of an anime artwork. and try to do some cute colorfull background. it allways makes the character cuter
anyway i hope my critic is helpfull

Thank you for the honest critique.
The design of clothing personally is not be me, It was thought of by a friend of mine and I just went with it due to how un-creative I am. I actually don't know why I uploaded it to dA because most of the critiques on their are from artist who don't know what there talking about and support any pic with tits. Backgrounds are something I'm getting into with drawing and I'll be practicing with those as well as my coloring, shading, and anatomy which I know I desperately need improvement on..But hey..I'm still young and I got alot of more years to practice. Again thank you for the critique!
