ehm....im not really a furry arts fan. but i think i saw enough furry artworks to know that this light shading is very unapropiate ;S. i mean arent they foxes?? (or dogs.whatever.) wich means they have fur (hairy). but this lightning make it looks like they dont have any hair at all. atleast on the body. this weird coloring is not on the tails or heads atleast.
i hope you know what i try to sey here.
coloring & shading a fur is very different then coloring & shading skin.

You're actually totally right. I just never figured out how to shade and highlight fur. And doing it across the whole body is way too tedious for me, so I try something simpler. Definitely something I'll try to keep in mind

yeah I am not into furry art either, my friend asked me if I could do it so I did.
and I might do more, it isn't really bad, some people like this kind of stuff.
If this makes them happy then, I guess I could do more, but it looks very bleak...
