patreon

im starting to notice that concept is getting quite controversial. espacily since almost everyone who is popular is starting to use it to get a few extra cents..but because of that many other start to use it and get lot of hate for even thinking about it...

i can see that this patreon idea is quite good and can be very helpfull for those who cant even pay their rent. but its very VERY exploitable for others who allready have enough money and have no finance problems and just want more money

so im not sure what to think about this... its both good and bad

People love to b****, especially about things they don't understand. Maturity nor intelligence go hand-in-hand with age, unfortunately.

What these overly sensitive people don't realize is that no one is forcing them to spend their money to be a Patron. If you choose it, you know what you've spent your money on.

Never blame the Patreon, they are upfront(At least legally they are supposed to be, lol) in what they give(Or don't give) in return. Instead, be upset at the droves of incompetent people spending their money on Patreons looking for a quick buck or who don't actually provide any reason to exist.

Then again, those same people are jus' as smart as the ones getting fussy over the wrong thing. So I suppose it's the pot calling the kettle black.

I say, if you feel you can give your Patrons value for their money, then by all means do it.

The ones who value you will support you(If they can afford it, of course), while everyone else will expect(Demand is a better word) everything for free.

yeah, i guess you're right
