I could say I like Seinen like Kill la Kill, but this is a little to Seinen for me, tho I don't mind Ecchi. I watched two episodes, I want to go on, but can't stand how much air time her breasts get.
to be honest, i barely notice the ecchi/fanservice in the show(only if its thrown into our face like in the transformation scenes) i usually just enjoy the story, battles & character interaction, i even forget that ryuko is half naked most of the time...but i think this because of the art style of the show
