i can see that use "blur" effect for the red blushing cheeks. i see that as a result the red effect goes over the eyes...to avoid that you need to draw the eyes in a complete different layer then the rest. so like this the blur effect of the red cheek wont go OVER the eye .
but yeah it looks nice. i really love the details on the jacket and the hair
